ECTmouse (EyeComTec Mouse) is an application that allows users with limited motor functions to control a computer mouse with their keyboard. It can emulate vertical, horizontal, and diagonal cursor movements; single and double clicks on the left, right, and middle mouse buttons; and vertical scrolling.
